PARADISE!!

What a WONDERFUL trip! Fabulous friends, beautiful emerald water, and all the food and drinks you could ever want. The Sandals resort in the Bahamas is truly PARADISE!!

We left Temple at 3am...yikes!

When we got to the airport, the resort had overbooked the van....so Holly and Rusty sacrificed for the rest of us. :)

The first night we ate at the Pub and then headed to the piano bar- SO FUN!

We convinced the entire place that we were triplets from Texas :)

I'm usually not in to doing anything physical on vacation, but I know how much Travis loves to get out there and try all of the water sports, so I joined him.

I really enjoyed paddle boarding... But it was hard work!!

After the party we went to the Hibachi restaurant. (yes, we ate dinner twice...)

We spent the end of our last night at the fire pits....I'm so thankful for these friends and for a few days of adult time. :)

A few weekends ago Mamaw and Papaw stopped by for some play time....as you can see, the kids were SUPER excited. :)

Friday night we were invited to the ortho graduation for the 5th year residents. It was SO nice! It was fun to meet and talk with the other residents and staff and their wives as well as celebrate the past 5 years of the graduating chiefs. Their wives made the sweetest slideshow including drawings and recordings from all of their kiddos. It was extremely emotional and also exciting to think that we will hopefully be there 5 years from now.

We got to spend Memorial Day weekend with great friends at the BEACH!! Despite a stomach bug for Colby and a teething Camryn, we managed to have a blast and not get anyone else sick.

Thank you to the Schneider's for sharing your beach house and your weekend with us!!! Can't wait to do it again.
