He did it!!! Travis officially graduated from Texas A&M Medical School!!!! We are SOOOOO proud of him. He is the most dedicated and hard working person that I know. He set his mind to doing this and can finally put that MD behind his name. Congratulations Travis!!!!! Time to go be a doctor!!
On Friday night, Travis and I took a little roadtrip to College Station for his senior banquet and a fun night with friends. He was not expecting to win any awards, but he received an Outstanding Medical Student award from the VA which was very nice. He also presented some awards to the medical school staff as CEO of the Temple campus class. It was very nice and we enjoyed being "kid-free" for a day. :) Thank you to my parents for keeping our kiddos!!
On Saturday my parents brought the kids to College Station for the graduation ceremony. Colby did GREAT even thought it was pretty long and boring. :) Camryn and my mom ended up taking a tour of the A&M campus.

My grandparents came in town from D'Hanis and Travis' grandmother and her friend came from Oklahoma. They helped make it an extra special day.
We were missing Dylan! He was in Oregon golfing in the national championship :)
Travis will miss his buddy, Lael! He's going to do an ER residency in Baton Rouge.
