Cam Bug is 9 months old!!!

Dear Camryn, 

You have survived 9 months with us, and personally I'm impressed!! You have spent your entire 9th money of life SICK. :( Between 2 viruses, 2 ear infections and a busted ear drum, it's been a wimpy month around here. Yesterday was the first day that I felt like you were feeling GOOD again, so I'm hoping my happy girl is back to stay. 

Even through the sickness we've managed to have some fun and make some memories. Here are a few highlights: You LOVE pulling yourself up...especially on the windowsill so that you can watch Buddy play outside. Speaking of Buddy, you LOVE HIM! I think you would just cuddle up with him and pull his hair for hours if we would let you. You love solid foods. This month we've tried avocados, hot dog, chicken nuggets, lots of veggies and fruits, and even ICE CREAM!! Since you've been sick, you haven't been eating and drinking as much as you should, but hopefully that will pick up again soon. You love bath time with Colby. The two of you splash and play for as long as we will let you, which is always a nice way to end the day. You love to talk. Your talking pretty much consistently sounds like "da da da da da da da da da da da da da" which I won't take personally. You're saving the best for last, right? You are crawling around everywhere- you love it when Colby crawls around with you so that you can chase him. You put everything you find in your mouth. You are curious and sneaky, so we really can't take our eyes off of you. 

At your latest doctor's appointment on Monday you weighed 18 pounds 7 oz and were 27 inches long. You are BEAUTIFUL, Cami!! We cannot get enough of your toothy smile and your giggles. We are ready for you to sleep through the night again. For the past month you've been getting up at least once or twice in the middle of the night, but you're worth it. WE LOVE YOU!!!!
