For the past few years, the Pitts' have hosted a "pictures with Santa" party. It's always SO fun and takes the pressure off of standing in line and trying to get the "perfect" picture in 5 seconds at the mall. The kids get to chat with Santa, he reads them a story, they can play, and if they get brave, hop up on his lap for a photo. Colby has been very leery in the past. We've convinced him to at least stand by Santa in a picture, but I don't think he ever sat on his lap.
This year he was shy at first. (Probably because he had NO NAP, fell asleep in the car and I had to wake him up....that makes for a bit of a grumpy bear boy) But he did warm up and tell Santa everything that he wanted for Christmas and smile for a few pictures. His list this year includes a gun laser (??), trampoline, Peter Pan and cars and trucks (surprise, surprise).
Camryn did great! No tears....just a little confusion. :)

When we got home I tried to get a cute picture of my kids by our tree since they were all dressed up in red, but they were done....oh well!
